Wendy's Retirement Announcement

After 34 fabulous years in the oil business, I have decided to retire from A.W. PETERS, INC. effective April 2nd.  I joined the company directly out of college in 1976, learning valuable life and business lessons from my grandfather and father, both of whom were legends in this industry.

 I have been blessed to work with my brothers, Jeff & Kerry, both of whom I adore.  I have been blessed to work with wonderful, talented people who truly care about the jobs they do, care about you as customers, and care about this business. 

Mostly, I have been blessed to call many of you friends as well as customers.  The relationships I have built over the years are my true reward. We have shared good times & bad, the birth of babies, the deaths of loved ones, marriages and divorces. We have talked Patriots and Red Sox, celebrated two world series, and shared lively political discussions. 

It has been my privilege to serve you for 34 years, fully one half of this company’s existence.

Rest assured, my brothers and our staff will continue to provide you with superior service, & quality heating oil products, and A.W. PETERS, INC will continue to be a caring and vital member of this community.
